Tuition Refund Policy
Withdrawal
Withdrawal before the start of the program must be communicated in writing. If the student has already begun the program, communication in writing and an interview with the director is required to be officially withdrawn from the program. Refunds
An applicant rejected by MIMT prior to the start of the term will be entitled to a refund of all money paid, minus the $25 application fee. The application fee is nonrefundable and required to process the application. Students withdrawing during the first two weeks of the term will be charged 10% of the contract price of the course. Students withdrawing in the 3rd to 8th week of the term will be charged 25% of the contract price of the course. Students withdrawing in the 9th to 12th week of class will be charged 50% of the contract price of the course. Students withdrawing after the 12th week of the term will be charged 100% of the contract price of the course. The school term is defined as all time elapsed from the start date. Vacations, holidays, absences, or any other time category is included in the time elapsed since the start date. This refund policy only applies to tuition and excludes textbooks or any addtional supplies. Montana Institute Policy States:
All accounts must be paid in full before receiving a Certification of Graduation. |
