To be a student in the Massage Therapy Program, individuals must meet the following requirements:

• Have a high school diploma or GED.
• Be willing to participate in a long-term training program to become a massage therapist.
• Have a clean and healthy appearance.
• Have adequate time available to participate in all aspects of the program.
• Have aptitude and motivation to study the written, technical, and practical materials.
• Have the personal traits and attitudes appropriate to establish and maintain professional and client relationships.
• Have transportation to attend instruction sessions and clinics.
• Have adequate finances to fund the program.
