By now you have reviewed the Massage Therapist Program information and requirements and want to know how to apply to this innovative program. The procedure is simple; if you are eligible, please fill out the Student Application.

Mail the following to MIMT:

• Completed Student Application form (PDF format)
• Completed Financing Application (optional)
• $25 application fee

Send the completed & signed application with your application fee to:

Montana Institute of Massage Therapy
1500 Airport Rd.
Kalispell, MT. 59901

Note: The application will not be processed without all of the above items. The $25 application fee is nonrefundable and required to process your application.

We accept applications on a first-come/first-served basis. Since there is much interest, the earlier you apply for enrollment, the better your chance of securing a spot in the class.

1. MIMT will review your application and your listed references may be contacted and verified. If accepted into the MIMT program a letter of acceptance will be mailed. A reserved slot in the next available class is not guaranteed until completion of the Registration Session.
2. A Registration Session is held between the MIMT registar and the student.
3. At this meeting:
• Students sign the Student Enrollment Contract.
• Training and tuition payment schedules are established.
• Payment is made according to contract agreement.
• Table, linen and other product orders may also be made at this time.
